• #Guilt: Feeling guilty Using Kindle helps to reduce paper usage. Actually, I like to read more books than paper. There are a lot of people feel that paper is made of wood. Making a lot of changes in the world makes me use this Guilt Trigger Effect.
• #Trust: Amazon trusts not to make customers feel lost, it has changed a lot. Make customers feel confident.
• #Value: Value for money is comparable to other E-readers.
• #Belonging: It's our property. I do not mean to buy, it is ours. It also means "You are part of our family." You have the privilege of choosing a book in the store. You have that "You're part of family"
• #Trend: It was a hot E-Reader, and I had to be there, I wanted to be. Like Gatorade ads with MJ. Presenter "Be Like Mike"
